What is the difference between the different ticket releases?
The difference between the ticket releases is price. It is cheaper to buy your tickets earlier than if you wait til closer to the event.

Are there tickets on the door for the event I want to go to?

The event is sold out, can I still buy a ticket pretty please?
Unfortunately if our Facebook Event says all the tickets for this event are sold out, we are all sold out! Be wary not to get scammed by anyone pretending to sell tickets, and stay tuned to the Facebook Event page to see whether or not door sales will be available.

I can’t make the event, can I get a refund?
Please note that not all circumstances will be eligible for a refund. Change of mind, illness or clashing plans are unfortunately not accepted by our ticketing partner as valid reasons for refund.

You can apply for a refund through our ticketing partner for the event if the event is being rescheduled or cancelled and you cannot make the rescheduled date. In the event of a rescheduled event you will be contacted by our relevant ticketing partner with refund information. In the event of a cancelled event, your ticket will be automatically refunded.

Can I use my tickets for a future event?
Unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets to other events.

Does the name on the ticket need to match the person using it?
The name on the ticket does not need to match the person using it. However, we do not recommend buying second hand tickets from anyone you do not know as there is no way to guarantee you won’t be sold a fake ticket or be sold a ticket that has already been sold to other people as well. If you have been sold a fake ticket this will not scan at the door and will not be valid for entry.

I haven’t received my ticket yet, what can I do?

I’ve seen a scammer trying to sell tickets in your event
There have unfortunately been a large influx of scammer profiles appearing lately and we are trying to ban them from our page as soon as we see them but unfortunately hundreds of new profiles keep popping up everyday. Be careful buying tickets from anybody on our pages or on the internet generally, and if you could please direct message our Facebook Page and we will ban their profile from our page immediately.

Events

Is this event 18+?
Almost all of our events are 18+ only, but please stay posted by keeping your eye on our Facebook Pages for news of under 18s shows!

What time do doors open?
Door times for all our events are in the details section of our Facebook Events!

What time does the event finish?
Our event times can be found in our Facebook Event, but these will sometimes depend on the venue’s operating hours.

Who is DJing?
Please see the Event Page for details of our DJ! Some of our DJs may have socials you can follow but for their privacy we cannot be passing on messages to DJs for you!

Is the event going ahead?
You can stay informed about whether an event is going ahead, or of any rescheduled events or event cancellations by keeping an eye on our Facebook Event!

The event has been cancelled! What do I do?
We are so sorry to have had to cancel. Our ticketing partner for this event will be in touch about refunds in due course.

Photos

When will the photos be posted?
Keep your eyes on our event page or our Instagram – we will post them when they are available!

Who was the photographer?
Photographers are credited in the album info if they have social media. We don’t share the personal details of the photographers but can pass on your info if you wish to hire them for an event.

My photo wasn’t posted!
We post all the photos provided by our photographers – unfortunately sometimes there can be processing errors and that might be why your photo wasn’t included – sorry!

Lost Property

I lost my things at your event, how can I get them back?
We’re so sorry to hear that you’ve lost something at the show. Contacting the venue directly is probably the best way to track down anything you may have lost.
