Terms & Conditions

By booking or purchasing tickets to any Plus One Co. events, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all tickets purchased for the specified event dates. 

It is your responsibility to review your tickets thoroughly prior to completing purchase. Errors or change of mind may not always be rectified after purchase. If you identify any issues, please contact your ticketing platform or Plus One Co. (via hello@plusoneco.com.au) immediately. 

Purchase Inclusions 

Each ticket provides individual entry to the nominated event. Each Plus One Co. event may vary, and extra inclusions are subject to the brand, theme, and messaging used to promote the event.  

Event Changes 

Plus One Co. reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change events in any way necessary. Any event changes or updates will be communicated to ticket holders via email or SMS, as well as our social media channels. 

Plus One Co. are not liable for any additional costs incurred by customers due to event changes. 

Refund Policy 

All requests for ticket refunds, exchanges, or transfers must be submitted through the event ticketing partner’s customer support. 

Tickets and booking fees are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable after purchase, except in cases outlined in Section 1 below. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. All refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event or by the deadline specified by the ticketing partner or event brand. 

Section 1: Eligible Refunds or Exchanges 

Refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances. Refunds may not always be automatically applied, and it is your responsibility to contact us with your request: 

  • The event has been cancelled; 
  • The event has been rescheduled to a new date, and you are unable to attend. 
  • A DJ no-show occurs, in which case a refund will be issued. 
  • An event change falls under the following criteria: 
  • The event start time has been adjusted by two (2) hours or more. 
  • The venue location has changed by 15 kilometers or more. 
  • The new venue is no longer accessible to patrons with disabilities 
  • Ticket exchanges related to errors made at the time of purchase will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have made a mistake with your purchase, you must contact the ticketing partner or Plus One Co. immediately or at least 48 hours prior to the event. Please note that errors may not always be rectifiable after purchase. 

Plus One Co. does not provide refunds for change of mind, illness, event modifications, weather conditions, denial of entry, personal emergencies, or any circumstances not explicitly listed in Section 1. 

Ticket Re-Sale  

The resale or transfer of any ticket(s) for profit or commercial gain is strictly prohibited, except when conducted by the promoter, venue management, ticketing platform, or their authorized sub-agents. Any ticket(s) sold or transferred in violation of this policy will be deemed invalid, and the holder may be denied entry or removed from the venue without refund or compensation.

Personal Risk 

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, including but not limited to those occurring before, during, or after the event. By attending the event, the ticket holder expressly releases the company, its management, the venue, event participants, the ticketing platform from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages.  

Smoking, Drug and Alcohol Use 

Some venues may operate with a no-smoking policy. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to follow the venue’s policies.  

The promoter, brand, and affiliated venues enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs. Any individual found in possession of drugs while queuing, within the venue, or displaying signs of drug use will be denied entry or removed from the premises without entitlement to a refund or compensation. 

Additionally, the responsible consumption of alcohol is encouraged. Venue staff reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or others. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund. 

Marketing Policy 

Advertising 

Artists pictured in artwork and messaging for the event are not performing at the event, unless otherwise clearly advertised. If you have any confusion around the event inclusions, please contact Plus One Co. Directly. 

Photography & Videography 

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may be captured during the event and may be used for promotional purposes. You grant Plus One Co. and its partners the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such media across various online platforms and promotional materials, without further consent or compensation. If you do not wish to be featured in promotional content, please notify the photographer/videographer upon arrival. 

Marketing Consent and Data Privacy Statement 

By opting to receive marketing communications during your ticket purchase, you grant all Plus One Co. brands the right to contact you via email, SMS, or targeted advertising for the following purposes: 

(a) To provide you with information, promotional materials, and updates regarding our events;
(b) To conduct event-related and customer research;
(c) To enhance our website, events, and the overall ticket purchasing experience; and
(d) To monitor and analyze website access and usage. 

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information. Upon your request, and in compliance with applicable laws, we will confirm, update, or remove the personal information we hold about you. We will make reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. 

Changes to Terms & Conditions 

We reserve the right to change, modify or update our Terms & Conditions at any time, without liability to you, by publication of the revised version on our site. The revised version shall take effect immediately upon its publication.
